We design our menu and prepare our food daily. Considering the multicultural nature of our guests we try to offer a cuisine that caters to a variety of diets and tastes.

There is no better way to start your day than with our bountiful buffet breakfast, made with fresh, eco friendly, organic ingredients served on our terrace. The dining area overlooks treetops and beyond, the sparkling Mediterranean under the newly risen sun. With every breakfast we offer home-cured olives, jams, freshly baked warm cake, pastries, a variety of cheese and meat products, seasonal fruits and muesli. The “all you can eat” buffet is open between 8:00 and 11:00 and is complementary. Wake up to the smell of freshly brewed coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice and the sounds of soft music. We also offer plant based milk for our vegan guests or gluten-free bread (at no extra cost, but upon request).

To end your exquisite Mediterranean day, whether it was full of adventure or peaceful quietude, you will look forward to the delicious flavors of our home cooking on the terrace. Let yourself be enchanted by the scenery and swap tales with fellow travelers as you enjoy our special selection of local wines, our always freshly prepared soups, salads, homemade mezes and vegetarian selections. In addition you have your choice of grilled fish, chicken or meat, followed by fresh fruit and deserts. Good music and an extensive bar menu will guide you toward the night’s end as you look forward to the beginning of another day in our coastal, historic paradise.

Hotel Hideaway is very proud of our clean, modern kitchen and the quality of fresh food served. Our talented chef, Ms. Dilber, uses classic Mediterranean recipes handed down from her own mother. Visit her in the kitchen to see how traditional Turkish fare is prepared! Guests not staying at the hotel are also welcome to dine and enjoy drinks on our terrace any evening; no reservation required.
